Healing or Reviving?

Certain champs like stark spidey (awakened) and sentry need to be above above a certain % to benefit from increased damage. So my question is in LOL should you heal them up after reviving them, or just use a 40% and get back in there. I maxed courage to help with this, but not sure about which strategy is better. Thanks in advance
