Who to upgrade?

Here are my 4* champs I have, I have 3 5* champs above and they will take up the bulk of my roster. I have duped 4/5 wolverine and unduped 4/5 hela and Thor rag, and a duped 4/5 war machine. After looking at my other champs here, is there anyone I should spend my stuff on and upgrade? Would they be worth it?
