Certain champs abilities not working

I seem to have a few issues with certain champs abilities not working which is causing me to use lots of revives and units, please can someone check colossus, I used him against Havok and Ive had 3 Armor charges but when havok detonates his 11 Plasma charges I die? I was under the impression that if you have armor charges when havok detonates his plasma charge you should take any damage? Also my killmonger when he has 3 indestructible charges I shouldn't take any damage but it seems not to working as im taking a lot of damage against Night thrasher , this happened in this monthly quest on uncollected. Plus my Sentinel when using my special one doesn't always do a heal block . Please can you check this out or maybe im missing something or dont quite understand whats going on.
