Red Skull

Is Red Skull a alright champion as a 6star?
Or is he bad? I was wondering if he also needs a buff same as Torch and Annhilus...a little tweak!

He is not the worst but everything he does other champs do better and his damage is pretty low. But he can be ok on defense.
