    On the actual topic, I always pop my quest crystals immediately since I don’t like having too many crystals in my crystals tab, so it wasn’t overly useful, but I’m sure a lot of people would appreciate the streamlined process

    Point is: l regret this offer and I wish I opened my 1400+ crystals and got guaranteed units and energy instead of only iso. Huge let down to save all those crystals and then turn them in for less iso than they were worth as well as no units and no energy refills.
