Combo Party path in V3 3.2. Node working?

I completed the path, so no biggie. I can’t say I noticed any 500% Cruelty boost. Anyone else notice this? It’s possible I’m just not that familiar with the node. I know I faced it in Act 6.

    Didn’t seem significant to me. But I noticed a slight increase

    Ok. Could be that it’s just not as impactful as I would’ve thought.
