Act 6. Vision special 1 does not heal block.

I spent a few hundred dollars to max out my five star vision. I’m act six his special one won’t heal block. Why is that? Why only in act six? The whole point of buying and playing with vision is his heal block specials. It won’t work on Red Hulk 6.1.5 and it won’t work on sinister 6.2.2. Why?

    You have to reduce their power to 0

    He worked fine for me against Mr Sinister. Like Lvernon said their power has to be completely reduced to 0.
