freezing in game

my game just freezes. 3 times in a row first 2 came in full health now im penalized for a problem with game.

    I had this today with iceman against korg in uncollected. I had to restart the game 3 times. Since it happend with iceman 3 times i used another champ and it didnt happen anymore. Playing on a samsung s10+
