Catalyst deconstruction needed?

You know those times when you dont have enough catalysts for someone like a 3 or 4 star? Like when you have a buncha t3 and want to make a t2? The idea im suggestin is catalyst decon, where you have a choice to either combine or decombine catalysts.

Its would really be helpful if they added it into the game,
