Is Omega red good without any suicides?

I have a 4* Omega red just lying around, and I think I might rank him up. But I don't run suicides, nor will I ever. I can also awaken him and add 60 dig levels. Is he worth it?

    He doesn’t need them to be great but they do help a ton, they bring him from 8/10 to 10/10
