AW Dodge node + Domino and CAPIW SP1 interaction bugged

Device: iphone xs (doesn't matter, but you always ask for it)
Place: Alliance war, tier 1 node 3
Description of the issue:
Let's start with Cap sp1 description:

On the next video, you will see that domino crit fail me, although I have 100% change and evaded my sp1 ALTHOUGH I had kinetic charge and I WASN'T unlucky:

This video in slow motion. Please pay attention to:
  1. I had kinetic charge
  2. I wasn't unucky
  3. she crit fail me althoth sp1 has 100% change to prevent defensive abilites
  4. she evaded my sp1 when I had the charge and all above

    Domino was lucky thouogh and she has increased chance to dodge and can lower your AAR as well. The crit failure seems to be because your bleed did not proc

    Domino has multiple sources of +ability accuracy which increases her chances beyond what you can reduce them. +10% when she herself fails an ability and +25% when she is lucky.

    according to what you saying there is not an ability that is 100% against domino. Doesn't seems right

    There abilities that will always proc against Domino, not many though because 100% alone doesn’t add up.

    Anything that has a percentage is up for grabs with domino, it is how she works, her main ability is manipulating probability fields.
