How to level up quickly

Right now I am a pretty trashy player with a four star wolverine, star lord and Ægon. I have a duped three star SW and Corvus Glaive I can clear anything near 10000. Can anyone recommend some content I can clear to become a better player?

    It is always a good idea to keep doing story content. Complete Act 4, Explore Act 3. Do the monthly event quest at heroic level.

    How should I get champs from arena? I don’t usually grunt enough to get rank rewards. Do you guys think it’s worth it?

    Don't have to grind for champs - you grind for the milestones which give you premium hero crystal shards and more importantly units and battle chips
    Battle chips give you gold and units
    if you mean Level Up literally to 60 put XP boosts on and keep doing Act 4 as a priority while 100% monthly quest (heroic and a bit of master if you can)
