Variant 3 bug?

This fight is in variant 3 2.2 vs domino. Tech champs aren’t supposed to be affected by ability accuracy modifications.. but SL crit failed almost every other hit and my health just dwindled down quickly. Am I understanding this wrong or is this a bug?

I don’t mind reviving him, but I got KO by seemly nothing.. I got hit 0 times. And my SL is 5* R4

For the millionth time, crit fail is any ability that fails to trigger not just from her aar, if a fury doesn’t trigger you crit fail
