Game crashes when I log out

As the title says, the game crashes whenever I log out of my account to log into my alt. I refresh the app and it sends me into my default (my main) when I’m not technically logged into any account. From there I can get into both accounts, but it’s very irritating. Here’s the error message, and yes, I was connected, my connection should have been fine, and was fine for everything else.
Anyone else seeing this problem?

    This is still a problem for me a day later, can I get mod confirmation on whether or not this is a problem on my end, @Kabam Miike?
