Very cool animations and such a cool champ but almost entirely useless in the game. Possibly 1 of the most deserving champ for a buff?

    Magneto is the champ most in need of a buff and will be until he gets buffed.

    Almost every older champ needs to be buffed

    He does have his uses, like in power reserve SP1 spam, he is not the one in need of a buff the most.
