Psylocke L1 missing/being evaded mid-combo

I've noticed a few times that when I use psylockes L1 I'll land the 1st hit but somewhere in the middle of the combo she'll just miss and I get lit up right after. And just now fighting moon Knight in AW I hit him with an L1, the 1st strike lands but he evades the next 2, and takes almost half my health afterwards.
Can you please make it so that if the first strike lands, that the rest of them do as well.
