Dungeons issue, keep getting booted to main menu

Hi guys,
Today ive tried to join dungeon event twice and on both occasions itl find a partner for me but then will take me straight to main menu, every time i go to press continue itl go to main menu, even after resetting game,
Anyone else had this??
Any helpful info is appreciated
