My suggestion is that you can provide one selection champion crystal one time in a year as a gift (maybe on game anniversary or on summoner's birthday). In this Crystal summoner have to chance for select one or two players from each class and than obtain champion from his selected champions....
You Can also set the champion star, means from 1 star to 6 star champion as per summoner level or game completion.
