Is the Neymour Bug in Variant 3 Chapter 2.1 fixed?

Just trying to decide which path to take and Seatin said Neymour is bugged and can one-shot you?

Anyone know if he's fixed now?

I ran that path a few days ago and didn't have any problems. Good luck

I did this path the day after his stream came up and I did not notice any bugs on the path - should be clear.
Additionally, SPRY and Evade path in 3.1 was not bugged for me - atleast while using parry and heavy tactics
