    Void gains quite a bit from his awakened ability, and it's definitely nice, but with 2-3 points in Despair, he can do quite okay without those silver stars.
    Omega Red gains a fair bit more damage from his awakened ability (I haven't played him much so I don't know him that well).
    I'd say Void benefits more at sig 1 (I mean yeah sure quicker IP debuffs, and a bit extra attack... but yeah a lot of his sig comes from that initial awakening) , but Omega Red gains more from individual sig levels. Oh yeah and hyperion... yeah he's another one that works perfectly fine at sig 1.
    So yeah take that how you will.
