The Champion vs Warlock

The champion is getting healblocked by warlock in event quest. As he's attacking the last node he gains the extra healing of x% of damage dealt that fight with each fury he gains, but the virus is heal blocking it. The sig ability of Champion clearly states he is immune to heal block and "any effects that modify regeneration". Interestingly enough, willpower was proccing.

The champion is immune to "heal block" as in the debuff. Warlocks anti-healing is a passive blocking mechanism and would still work.

    from the spotlight.
    Anti-Healing
Warlock has excellent anti-healing abilities. His Infection Passive Heal Blocks the Opponent, and since it’s Passive it’ll work even when the Opponent is immune to Debuffs.

Also remember the last part of the ability:

any effects that modify Regeneration other than Poison., so it is not total.

Is a known issue I belive. The Champion sig ability allows him to be immune to heal block effects, whether they are passive or debuffs

Nothing in his ability says immune to any effect that heal blocks, only "heal block, fate seal and petrify" The only time it says effects is with relation to modify regeneration.

It can't be one and not the other, like the fact I am proccing willpower and getting a few hp regen - and class advantage should come into play if its one of these things that has been decided comes down the choice of wording.

It says right there that he is immune to Fate Seal, Heal block and petrify [effects]. Is not limited to debuffs, as it can be tested using champions with a passive fate seal, heal block or petrify. Even the interaction with him and Ghost Rider Damnation was fixed in order for him to be immune to it.
The part for modifying the healing other than poison is related to stuff like despair mastery, soul barb debuff, and other abilities that passively reduces healing

No, you are adding the [effects] part. that entire list is a list of debuffs, and warlock specifically states that his ability will get around those who are immune to debuffs.

I tried to explain that The Champion is NOT immune to debuffs exclusively. It is Fate Seal [effects] whether it is a debuff or a passive, heal block [effects] whether it is a debuff or a passive, and petrify [effects] whether it is debuff or a passive. This was discussed and confirmed by the mod's in multiple thread already.
I also added the Ghost Rider sp3 example. Damnation doesn't work against him, despite being a passive heal block and fate seal. Same thing goes for neurotoxin
