Which 3 star to upgrade?

I have an awakening gem that works on anyone, I have 3 star mordo, cable, Caption marvel, Thor, Rocket raccoon, loki, vonom deadpool. Who should I use it on? Or should I wait? I mean I have more fighters but they are trash tier,any advice would be cool
