Loki bug vs. Old Man Logan

Loki doesn't steal any of Old Man Logan's buffs. Is this a bug? I've looked up everything published by Kabam and other onofficial sites. There doesn't say there is a limit to Loki's buff steal, though I know he can't steal Dr. Strange's Hoggoth's Wisdom. I also didn't see anything in the bug fixes for this for the next release. New forums don't help as search doesn't work and google search doesn't actually get you to the article all the time.
