Rank up dilemma

My luck's been good on the 5* side of things lately, but resources are limited. Who is best to rank up for now?

Game wise, I'm at the starting chapters of 6.2, and too lazy to finish LoL.

Cap is such a versatile champ. I would bring him up to R4. He's just so great if he's awakened and has a high sig. I don't have Corvus or Omega to compare with. You don't mention who is or isn't awakened and that could change my opinion
