6.2.5 Masochism Dr Voodoo broken?

Hi I was using sabretooth with the killmonger synergy for this fight against dr voodoo in 6.2.5 this synergy usually allows you to bypass masochism but it wasnt working. There isn't a force of will node or anything like that, so I was wondering if this is a bug?
