AQ / AW rewards

Seems that only the participating members gets the AW rewards, while AQ rewards are for all.
Is that correct? Thanks.

    No, only the ones participating in a daily map of AQ get those rewards. And if you don't help at all for AQ you get no milestone or rank rewards
