Conclusion: If I had to Pick 5.

1. Cloak/Dagger (because they could have a team up ability if you have them as your champions, and they could help further plot lines in the Contest Story. Seeing how Cloak can bring anyone about in the Universe. Plus they are really interesting heroes.)

2. Nightcrawler

3. Selene (you could do a lot of cool things with her. Animations, special attacks, etc. further a plot)

4. Fantastic Four (come on dude)

5. Dr. Doom (one of the best villains ever)

Honorable mention: Nightcrawler, Polaris, and Cannonball.

    The two posts above already cover that some are actually in the game already. Some of those champions also are entirely too similar to current ones. Havoc is really similar to cyclops, of which we already have 2 versions of.

    I think a dark pheonix, one that doesn't rely on heavy attacks and is more of a suicide attacker would be awesome.

    As far as being practical goes I'd say my choices are Emma Frost, blink, silver surfer and sabertooth would be good. There is a form for suggesting characters btw.

    Emma Frost could be a heavy armor unit with bleed and telekentic specials.

    Blink would be a lot like NC I think. But still could work.

    Silver surfer has potential. But I feel like he'd look and feel dumb riding his board in a small fighting area.

    Sabertooth could be a fury/bleed resistent (not immune) version of the wolverines. Just tankier with less overall damage output.

    Iron Man ( Bleeding Edge )

    When attacked
    21% to gain an armour up increasing armour by 9%
    Gain upto 5 . Armour up lasts 7 seconds.
    (Max 40% damage reduction)

    Special attacks and heavy attacks: Stark tech
    Tony unleashes a different facet of his vast arsenal
    Arc Power: 50% chance to gain 27% power over 3 seconds
    Stun gun : 60% to Paralyse the opponent for 1.5 seconds
    Shock blast: 70% to shock the opponent for 80% of your attack
    Taser: 80% to drain 33% of the opponent's max power

    Signature Ability: Nanotechnology

    Stark tech
    90% chance: armour break reducing enemy armour by 20% lasting 45 seconds
    Stack infinitely.

    Passively regenerate 17%of the damage received by critical hits per armour up effect active.

    High critical rating,
    Low base damage
    Medium base health
    High critical damage
