Periodic Request Help reset

Every time I choose the next series of champs for arena I ALWAYS click "request help" for the 3 that just fought.
Every few times I get back to that screen, the entire list has reset, and I sometimes have to click, AGAIN, 10-15 "request help" on champs that I already had.
Has anyone else had this? It's been going on for a while.
