Namor not maxing power when hit 30 outrage

My 5* Namor almost never hits max power when I hit 30 outrage and enter Imperious Rex. Doesn’t matter how full my power bar is. Before the last update he would always max if I had any power. Anyone else having this problem?

    Yeah, he goes to 95% as stated in his abilities

    No his abilities say he gains up to 95%. So if he has 5 that would be 100. All the videos online show that happening

    He gains up to, not to.
    Just do a heavy attack and hit the sp3 quick.

    For namor you need to be timing it right. You should be mid combo when you hit imperious Rex if you do it right your 1-2 hits will give you full red bar and you can hit SP3 really quick before your power drains. That should give you your second fury. Then a SP2 and game over

    Namor gains instantly power till reaching 95% of full power when Imperius Rex starts, you have to gain the last 5% hitting, being hit of using a heavy attack.
    That's why they advice you to control the fight in order to reach 30 outrages during a combo.
    It has always worked like this.
