... that when you click back and forth on sort by availability these two comes up and.... NEITHER OF THEM ARE AVAILABLE!

    I think the OP is saying that champs on a timer (red square/clock) and champs yet to have help requested (white/green cross) are at either end of the 'availability' sort, and yet neither sets are available in arenas.
    Maybe.
