Is Human Torch good? And is his Cap America IW and Rogue synergy good?

I got a 4* Human Torch? Is that a waste of a Crystal. I replaced Symbiote Supreme with Human Torch because even though people say Symbiote Supreme is a god, i don't think he fits my playing style. So after the change, my final team is Rogue, Iron Man IW, Corvus Glaive, Cap America IW and Human Torch. Should i put Symbiote Supreme back in the team or leave it as it is. And is Human Torch still any good?
