Beta help before it actually starts

Ok the last 2 betas I signed up for did not work, including the most recent colossus and Logan beta. So I would like to know what I can do to get it to work before the next 1 actually begins because I signed up for the AQ beta as well. I hit the button to go to the beta and it carries me to my sons account and not mine, the 1 I actually signed up for the beta on. I have a video of this if someone would like to see it, maybe that’ll actually help solve the problem.

Well it wouldn’t let me post the video so I did screenshots kinda like a slideshow. I’d appreciate some help. If I need to change something or do something different I will. Thanks. @Kabam Miike

I heard a rumor that if you are on iOS you need to log out of the Game Center? Not 100% as I have never been in a beta but I did read this

Thank you @RunamokUSA, I read this as well and I did try this and it didn’t work.. thank you for the input tho. Least you actually tried to help lol

I tried multiple ways to log into the last beta from my ipad and never could. Had no issues with my android phone. I assume it is because I switch back and forth that it wouldn't let my ipad work for some reason.
