What comes after a ban

We all know reasons for a getting into a ban and the stuff coming after but do you get the rewards you are meant to get before the ban

    There was thread the other day where a guy decided to test this out on his second account, he used a mod an completed the easy path on LOL. After receiving a 10 day ban he was able to log back into his account an all the rewards from his run of LOL were still there an useable.

    First off it's troubling that it was only a 10 day ban an not permanent, an secondly being able to keep all those cats and shards is crazy.
