Ronin is broken

Can you please look into ronin regarding the recent patches, since the August update I have noticed that ronin is sometimes not gaining his cruelty passive charges when changing stances which should be guaranteed, there are no nodes or abilities affecting this, happens randomly but sometimes occurs multiple times per fight which could mean the difference between winning and losing a fight. I know that not many people actually play ronin but for those that do, like me with a 6* and a r4 5* this really is a significant bug. Please look into this ASAP
