iPhone 10 issue since update- anyone else?

Since the update I seem to bring up the bottom bar which pauses my screen. It does this repeatedly. It’s difficult since I’m currently working on exploration of 6.2.6 and it keeps pausing, typically mid combo. Is this happening with anyone else or am I the only one?
