Please remove 3-STAR hero opening from Alliance notifications of alliances higher than 5M

The alliance notification gets full very fast and we may lose some interesting notifications
I suggest that 3-STAR notifications be removed from alliances higher than 5M
Also 4-star notifications from 10M alliances
