Who to Awaken as a 4-star Rank 5?

I am currently trying to complete uncollected, so I can get all of the benefits from it, but I am not sure about what to do with the awakening gem I have. These are some of my top tier champs I have.
-Captain America IW (Can get him to sig 20, Currently rank 4/40)
-Blade (Can get him to sig 20, Currently 5/50)
-Nick Fury (Can get him to sig 20, Currently 4/40)
I do want to complete uncollected, so who would be the most useful for completing Act 5 Chapter 2, and will really help me in the future?
