This will sound weird but he isn’t taking damage, his heal has been reversed and put into the negatives so he is anti-healing. Don’t know how they would cancel that out without modifying his heal rate while under specter, this isn’t something simple to tackle.

They can prevent a full healing and degen when attacking opponents. It’s his ability

Do you want him to not heal while attacking? His sustainability with suicides would drop drastically.

This is not what I said, I said they can prevent willpower on spectre node, but the proper solution is:
on spectre node they can prevent the node and allow him to heal back, like he is healing back from bleed on poison if you have willpower.

Spectre changes your heal rate to -100%, to overcome this there isn’t much they can do that does not break other things.

Preventing WP is stopping healing though. Making him unable to go below 0% regen rate while attacking like Sinister has in his base kit might solve it; it’s also an outstanding problem with Ghost+Hood. But there might be other interactions that would be affected if something like that was implemented.

Can't it be something specific to Namor only not to all champs ?

When Namor is the attacker and have willpower or any kind of healing while spectre is on, stop healing and don't proc any damage.

Beside we shouldn't be trying to find a coding solution, it is a bug and should be resolved and of course they have their internal ways to do so...
