Five star champions

Hello guys
Are you planning to reduce the amount of shards required to open a 5 star crystal in the near future
Cuz here's the thing, I've completed everything in the game except labyrinth of legends and I've been trying to get as many shards as possible so that i finally pull Star Lord or anyone decent enough for a first clear with no luck
I'm sure that that's an issue for a lot of the end game players
Either reduce the amount needed to open a crystal or give us a new monthly event like the web slinger challenge every month to help us get more shards

LOL with a 4* starlord is actually cheaper than most 5 star options. If you play well you can easily get it done in under 5K units with starlord at 5/50. 5 stars aren't really a restriction anymore unless you want to 100% LOL. Even then stark spidey as a featured champion is coming back around and if 100% LOL is something you're striving for you would be saving shards since he first came around to go for him in november.

Yeah i know it's possible with a 4* star lord, i took down 500k before the enrage timer kicked in and that's against redhulk so what happens when i face ant-man or magik, my units will drop fast and I'll be out of resources before i even reach maestro
PS: I'm a free to play player so every unit counts

I get it I didn't spend a dime on LOL either , if you grind arena for 1 month or two even casually you can get like 8K units which is more than enough. Yeah you can only get off 500k on red hulk but thats because he has insane physical resistance. Most other champs you can get just under 1 million health off if you reach the end of the enrage timer. Antman for me since I brought gwenpool for magik, falcon and warmachine was by far the worst fight but besides him I got all over bosses in under 5-6 tries most in 2 or 3. Grind a lot of health potions in ROL so you can get a bit of a safety net in each fight and you'll be set. Even if they lower costs of 5 stars the only 5 stars that can at rank four be as efficient as 4* starlord are 5* starlord, storm, GP, AA, Iceman and maybe 3 or 4 others and your chances of getting you one those champions are very low. BP, CP and the others people have done LOL runs with while they get the long enrage timer it takes 300 hits + to match star lords 190 combo so even still starlod is a better option.

increase the number of shards is a better idea. The people who are hoarding shards will get more chances because they saved versus someone who didn't. That's pretty unfair of you ask me

How about stop adding champs to the basic crystal or just make the 5 star crystal work by class per day?

As far as i know 5 star crystals are becoming irrelevant, why have 5 star champs if you cannot dupe them?

So since you've completed it, is it safe to go in with 5k units and around 300 lvl 3 hp
Or should i grind for more units

I'd grind about 2k more just so you have room for mistakes. I went in with 8k units because I miscalculated what I'd need since I based my run from the 500k per run I was doing against red hulk which was inaccurate. Most people do it between 4k and 7.5k so just to be safe I'd grind just a bit more, there would be nothing worse than having your champs stuck in there for a few days while you grind out units just chipping away run by run
