    Depends on if you have lots of utility champs already. I'd say yes he's worth it but does your account need it? Really good utility champ. His heal block is great, might be the best in the game right now. His damage is decent but not huge. Great pull, I was able to get him as a 5 and he's on the short list for R5 but a few others in line ahead of him because I've got several good utility champs already ranked.
