Hood Silent Nerf

So who's gonna explain what happened to the "we don't nerf champions silently?" Hood's Hex dropped from 85% to 65% out of nowhere. Why is that and when is it gonna be fixed?

    Not a nerf, text error, it was always 65%

    "Fixed text error in The Hood’s Special 2 description"
    - From August 1st changelog.

    How is it a nerf when it has been like that from the start, look at the spotlight, it said 65% all the time

    It was 85%, reduced to 56, now up to 65%. I've had him since the day he came out in crystals. I haven't noticed much difference in playing him, but the text is definitely different. I'll see if I can find a pic of the original sp2 description

    The text had an error and it was fixed to refkect the correct values.
    He deals 85% damage when Hex expires. He does NOT redice ability accuracy by 85%, only 65% (this was buffed from 56 to 65 after 12.0)
