in Bugs and Known Issues
heres my uncollected fight against Claire Voyant as u can see even at a full bar of power hes not shrugging off debuffs he went from being the best champ in the game n has been silently getting nerfed since he came out

    How about insteads of jumping straight to claiming nerf you start by calling out a bug and asking fopr it to be looked at, you will probably get better response then the hyperbole.

    it's not even a bug. its the nodes. don't understand how you could take the time to take a video, make a tweet. and fail to read the fight nodes?

    they didn't even confirm that it was a bug though. just that they'll investigate whatever is going on.

    Inductive reasoning. If it was an intentional support would have stated that this was how it was supposed to work. If the team is working on it then this is not by design so they have to figure out what is going on, therefore they confirm is a a bug. Its elementary dear Jnikolas92

    haha i see how you got there for sure. ive seen this as a default answer response for tickets though, even if they missed that there was an interaction/node overlooked. they eventually figure it out

    I am not sure. The buffs are lasting 16 seconds, that is how long it should last, there is no 95% reduction when he is at max power which should either man .8 seconds (multiplicative), or 8.4 if additive.
