Coagulate Mastery Broken

So I noticed today that I died from bled damage rather quickly using Omega Red against Morningstar, despite running the coagulate mastery, which should almost render him bleed immune. So I tested it out. Both pictures are using same mastery set up, with one at 0/3 coagulate and the other 3/3. As you can see, there is almost no difference at all, certainly not 30%. This mastery has always worked, as I’ve used it for suicide set ups many times, but it is clearly not working right now.
