Dropping tiers in off season

How come we’ve dropped to tier 4 wars in aw when we finished last season in tier 3?

    Yep. Same happened to us. We were tier 5 for our wed-fri war which we lost. Our war rating didnt change because of the offseason freeze but we dropped to tier 6?

    Then we win our fri-sun war at tier 6 and our war rating doesnt change again (tier 6 alliance are suppose to get 50% rating change in offseeason) and we are still tier 6.

    Wtf is up with that.
