    He doesn't actually do that, it was kinda made to describe his personality in his abilities, he'll make no units for you.

    I have mine duped Sig level 20 r4 I put him on unblockable sp2 in war defense or stun immune with strike back. He can be a pain with parry and unless you are bleed immune you will take damage from the bleeding through blocking. A very good r4 choice and r5 if you have the extra resources.
