Looking for Casual Alliance for 2 750k+ Rating Players

Hi!
My brother and I have been playing together for about 5 years now (we started in Beta).
We’re both over 7k prestige, and 750k rating. We are GMT +5:30.
We are looking for a casual alliance that is Gold 3 and up in AW, and since we don’t really care for AQ - we were hoping to find an alliance that runs at least one BG of map 3 or 4 in AQ.
We absolutely will not be interested in any AQ map higher than Map 4.
