What about trading in T4 items?

Since the game is evolving. We’ve been able to trade up health potions and revives along with the black iso market trades. Would be nice to be able to trade in t4 catalysts for T5 shards. A lot of us have a stash of t4cc and class shards just building. Would be good to have a way to use them.
