    Considering the fact that i was fighting and ghost was phasing on and off , would it mean that my post is correct?

    It’s bugged. There are a few posts about it. Ghost was definitely effected by magnetism. Parry wasn’t on and off along with her phasing. Sentinel was also effected.

    I realize it is probably bugged, just pointing out that just because she has a buff saying her AA would be modified does not mean it is. Just like bleed on corvus with charges does not mean he should be taking damage
