Who to rank 4 amongs my 5*?

Hello everyone. I would like some advice on who to rank 4. Sarky and WS are already r4 (WS was my only decent 5* for a looong time).

I am already uncollected and don't have trouble with the monthly uncollected EQ. I plan to finish act 5 and to start the variants but who would be ideal to rank 4?

P.S : Yes I pulled Karnak as my first 6* ...

    Iceman- he will help you with Act 5 and even Act 6 (till Cavalier), has solid immunities, decent DMG and is quite Tanky.
    Venom the Duck- Solid questing champ, great utility, Regen and DMG
    Sabre tooth- Great questing champ with Alot of DMG
    Hulk Rag- Great in AQ Poison immune and is great for alot of BS passive DMG like Limbo, Crit Failure,Death spores, aura of incineration, Degen e.t.c (though i would hold on as he is already good for future content as said level)

    The three champs to the right of Sabretooth are all worth a R4. VtD relies on ramp-up though and while I see his potential, I'm personally not a fan. All depends on your play style. If you like that sort of thing, I'd go VtD, then Iceman. But in any other situation, I'd go Iceman, then Gladiator Hulk.

    Doc Ock and Sabretooth are amazing options too and OML looks like he'll be awesome. Luke Cage is another amazing option as well.
