MODOK dropping block after autoblock

I'm pretty sure that MODOK was changed at some point, but ever since the specials during blocking he has the ability to intercept/launch specials after his autoblock now. That is a huge change from being able to hit into his block and get away. I tried to search for this and found it mentioned in the merged thread for Specials out of block, but his is a bigger ability change than just specials.
